Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Orders placed on weekends ship the following Monday.
We deliver to all 50 US states. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may take a little longer.
We ship to select countries worldwide. International rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes.
If your order doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, let us know within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. TokCart cannot be held responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days from delivery to return most items — no fuss.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Received something faulty? Email support@tokcart.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund including return shipping.
